Lu means mind. Jong means training, or transformation. Where Tog Chöd is a more masculine exercise to learn to control our emotions, Lu Jong is more feminine. The better we understand our mind, the better we understand our existence. Lu Jong often is called Tibetan yoga. Through harmonizing and balancing the body, Lu Jong activates your self-healing power.
